Receiving into Stirfresh
Any time we use produce we check it for temperature, weight,
condition and quality.
Storage at Stirfresh
Storage
is crucial. All produce is stored in a controlled temperature environment
before preparation and in chill stores afterwards.
Processing at Stirfresh
- We run production 24 hours per day when required
- We process as per our product
list, but will consider any customer requests for new products
- We specialize in processing for the food industry
- We continually monitor product field in order to
control costs
- All waste is taken for cattle feed, compost packaging
and cardboard are recycled
Packaging of Stirfresh Products
- We use packaging to suit out clients
depending on cost and use.
Code Dating of Product
- All products must have a packing date
on the bag
- These indicate the date of production
and allow us to trace back to the field of production and the grower
Transportation of Products to the Customer
Transportation to customers is done by ourselves, using
chilled vans, and through our approved wholesalers.

These vary from item to item - please ask Stirfresh if in doubt.
