SOUP RECIPES ...

Vegetable & Potato Soup
- Melt butter in a pot
- Add Stirfresh Veg & Potato Soup Mix and fry for a few minutes, stirring until soft.
- Add beef or chicken stock; or vegetable stock for a vegetarian option.
- Cover with water and simmer for 45 minutes.
Potato & Leek Soup
- Melt butter in a pot
- Add Stirfresh Potato & Leek Soup Mix and fry for a few minutes, stirring until soft.
- Add chicken stock; or vegetable stock for a vegetarian option.
- Cover with water and simmer for 45 minutes.
Minestrone
- Heat garlic or chilli oil in pot.
- Add Stirfresh Minestrone Soup Mix and fry for a few minutes, stirring until soft.
- Add chicken stock; or vegetable stock for a vegetarian option.
- Add tinned tomatoes; smoked bacon (optional) & pasta.
- Cover with water and simmer for 45 minutes.
Carrot & Coriander
- Heat garlic or chilli oil in pot.
- Add Stirfresh Carrot & Coriander Soup Mix and fry for a few minutes, stirring until soft.
- Add chicken stock; or vegetable stock for a vegetarian option.
- Cover with water and simmer for 45 minutes.
